HOW TO HANDLE YOUR CANDLE
- Make sure your first burn is 3-4 hours. This prevents tunneling on future burns. With coconut wax it's not necessary to melt the entire top layer of wax, all the way to the edges of the glass.
- Trim your wick to 1/8” before each burn. This prevents “mushrooming,” and promotes an ash-free flame.
- We recommend burning for no more than four hours at a time.
- Be sure to leave about 1/2” wax at the bottom to prevent overheating your vessel.

We accept exchanges on unused candles only. Please email us at swap@allazocandleco.com within 14 days of receiving your candle and we will send you a return shipping label. You will be responsible for return shipping charges.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept swap requests for used candles.
